plannd was proud to deliver two exceptional destination management events on behalf of Tourism Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland for leading Canadian travel company Trevello Travel. Designed to showcase the very best of Northern Ireland, the programme immersed international travel advisors in the region's culture, hospitality, food, music and world-class visitor attractions.

The Brief
To create two distinctive evening experiences that would inspire international travel professionals while demonstrating the warmth, creativity and authenticity that make Northern Ireland a must-visit destination.

Night One – Cathedral Quarter Experience
Guests were welcomed to Belfast's vibrant Cathedral Quarter for an immersive evening delivered across two iconic venues, Waterman and The Dark Horse. The experience celebrated Northern Ireland's rich culture through a carefully curated programme of local food, drink and entertainment. Guests enjoyed traditional soda bread baking with Tracey's Farmhouse Kitchen, toasted s'mores around the fire with Mrs C's Kitchen, sampled handcrafted cocktails from Sensorium, created chocolate truffles with Chocolate Manor and enjoyed artisan ice cream from Brook Avenue. A spectacular BBQ created by renowned chef Niall McKenna and the Waterman team showcased outstanding local produce, while live performances from the Belfast Traditional Music Trail and local musicians created an authentic atmosphere that perfectly captured the spirit of Belfast.

Night Two – Titanic Belfast
The second evening transported guests to the world-renowned Titanic Belfast for an exclusive hospitality experience. Following a private drinks reception within the award-winning galleries, guests enjoyed a premium dinner and Advisor Awards presentation in one of Northern Ireland's most iconic venues.
The entertainment programme celebrated exceptional local talent, beginning with a captivating performance from Ards CCE, offering guests a preview of the cultural celebrations surrounding Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann. The evening concluded with breathtaking performances from Ruth McGinley, Philippa O'Hara, Patrick Davey and the Arco String Quartet, providing a memorable finale to the visit.
