Ulster Carpets

To celebrate an incredible 85 years in business, Ulster Carpets partnered with plannd to deliver a large-scale Family Fun Day for more than 550 employees and their families at the company’s Portadown headquarters.

Designed as a memorable celebration of the people behind the business, the event transformed the site into a vibrant festival-style experience packed with entertainment and activities for all ages. plannd managed the full event delivery, including food trucks, stretch tents, event furniture, a live entertainment stage, amusement games and a popular petting zoo for younger guests.

To ensure a seamless guest experience, plannd also developed and managed an online registration platform, enabling staff to reserve tickets in advance. On arrival, attendees received personalised event passes along with food and drinks tokens, helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

The event was a fantastic celebration of Ulster Carpets’ legacy, bringing employees and families together to mark an important milestone in a fun, engaging and memorable way.
