HIRANI is the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the personal data it gathers for the purposes of your registration and participation in this event and related events.  You are consensually providing your personal data to HIRANI whose lawful basis for processing is for the performance of a task carried out for the hospitality industry. Personal data is being shared with plannd Events Ltd who are facilitating these events on behalf of HIRANI.  Your personal data may be shared internally within HIRANI with staff members who are involved in managing this event and where necessary, between internal departments and/or external suppliers with the purpose of supporting an effective delivery of service. Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any other organisation without your consent, unless the law permits or places an obligation on HIRANI to do so.  Personal data is held and stored by the appointed event management agency, plannd Events Ltd, in a safe and secure manner and in compliance with Data Protection legislation and in line with HIRANI’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
