I started my career in events with Coca-Cola before moving to global events agency MCI Group, where I worked until 2014. Those years gave me invaluable experience delivering large-scale, high-impact global events and helped shape my approach to the industry.
In 2014, I launched plannd in Belfast with a simple ambition, to create an events company that combines professionalism with a genuinely personable approach for Northern Ireland businesses.
12 years later, plannd is recognised as Northern Ireland’s leading event management agency. I’m proud to lead a passionate team, delivering creative events that consistently exceed expectations through creativity, dedication, and attention to detail.
My career began at a global events agency before I moved into event technology to deepen my understanding of how the industry was changing. An invaluable experience that reinforced where my true passion lies - in the full event management process and building strong client relationships.
I started working alongside Neil in 2015, and whilst growing alongside the business, I’ve had the privilege of watching the events industry here grow, adapt, and thrive. It’s an incredible place to deliver events, with outstanding venues and world-class food. I love bringing all of that together to create something special for our clients.
I have over ten years’ experience delivering events ranging from large corporate productions and multi-day conferences to industry awards and brand activations. Throughout my career, I have worked with global organisations including Google, Microsoft, Gartner and One Young World, creating impactful experiences with purpose.
At plannd, I have delivered events including the Women in Tech Awards, Women in Construction Summit and Allstate Activate, all focused on championing innovation, inclusion and collaboration while bringing each client’s vision to life.
I love working with people and being in the middle of the action, which is why the fast-paced world of events suits me perfectly.
Whether it’s creating the exciting energy of an awards ceremony or focusing on the finer details that make everything run smoothly, I find it so rewarding seeing how all the moving parts come together to completely transform a space.
I’m a big fan of content creation and I am always looking for opportunities to learn something new and keep developing my skills.
My passion for events began early, organising gatherings for family and friends, and has grown into a career I truly love. I bring years of experience in a fast-paced, award-winning supermarket, where I developed strong skills in teamwork, leadership, and customer engagement as both a supervisor and social media assistant.
During my placement year with Tourism NI, I gained valuable hands-on experience in events as their Corporate Events Assistant. I later graduated with first-class honours in Communication, Advertising & Marketing.
Over the past 1.5 years at plannd, I’ve loved creating standout events for a wide range of clients, including the All-Island Female Entrepreneurs Conference featuring Sara Davies, Dragons Den.
