Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership invite you to join this information seminar which aims to identify how businesses can successfully implement flexible work policies.  The Equality Commission will explain how to implement new policies fairly and legally and then you will hear real life examples from both public and private sector employers who will identify initiatives which have been implemented and how both employees and employers have benefited.

The webinar will end with a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask any of our panel questions.
